Strata remediation is our core specialty, from concrete cancer, spalling and reinforcement corrosion to waterproofing failures, balcony rectification and full façade recoating. We coordinate directly with your strata manager, engineer and owners' committee, and stage works to minimise disruption to residents.
Concrete cancer (concrete spalling) occurs when reinforcement steel inside concrete corrodes, expands and cracks the surrounding cover. Left untreated it accelerates and compromises structural capacity. We diagnose the cause, remove affected concrete back to sound substrate, treat the reinforcement with corrosion inhibitors, reinstate with polymer-modified repair mortars, and apply anti-carbonation protective coatings to extend the asset's service life.
Balcony and planter box leaks are typically caused by failed waterproof membranes, blocked drainage, poor falls, cracked tile grout or perished sealant joints. We investigate to root cause, not just the visible stain, providing a scope that addresses membrane replacement, screed falls, drainage and tiling in a single documented remedial package.
